Foodie QR Refund Policy

 Our Philosophy

At Foodie QR, we believe in **fairness, transparency, and customer success**. We stand behind our services and commitments. This refund policy is designed to be **flexible, reasonable, and trustworthy** – because your satisfaction matters most.


Eligible for Full Refund (Within 30 Days)


You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:


- We fail to deliver your fully functional system within 7 days of confirmed payment.

- The core features promised in your plan do not work as described.

- You have not processed a single live order through the system.



Partial Refunds & Service Credits


In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits:


- If the system is partially functional, we will refund a pro-rated amount based on feature availability.

- If guaranteed customers (Pro Plan) are **not delivered as promised**, you will receive a **refund for the marketing portion** of your plan.

- If you decide to cancel mid-term, we will refund the amount for **unused months**, minus a small setup fee.


Non-Refundable Situations


The following are **not eligible for refunds**:


- Customization or add-on services already performed.

- If the system was successfully used to process orders.

- Change of mind after 30 days.

- Issues arising from incorrect information provided during setup.


Pro Plan – Guaranteed Customers Refund Policy


For our **Pro Plan (₹4,999/year)** with **500+ guaranteed customers**:


- If we fail to deliver **at least 50% of promised customers (250+)** within 6 months, you may request a **50% refund of your Pro Plan fee**.

- If we fail to deliver **any customers** within 4 months, you are eligible for a **full refund of the Pro Plan amount**.



How to Request a Refund


1. **Email us** at support@foodieqr.com with:

   - Your restaurant name

   - Order ID and date

   - Reason for refund request


2. We will **respond within 48 hours** and work to resolve your issue.


3. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within **7 working days** to your original payment method.


Problem Resolution First


Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:

- Contact our **support team** – we’ll try our best to fix any issues.

- Allow us **72 hours** to troubleshoot technical problems.

- Explore alternative solutions like **plan downgrade/upgrade or service credits**.



Important Notes


- Refunds apply only to **plan fees** – not third-party costs (payment gateway, printing, etc.).

- This policy is subject to change, but the terms at the time of your purchase will apply.

- All refund requests are reviewed **case-by-case** with understanding and fairness.
